Key Features

Cryo-Trim® Technology

The Trim Edition uses controlled tumbling and liquid CO₂ to flash-freeze unwanted leaf material before separation. This bladeless process helps preserve flower structure and trichome integrity while delivering manufacturer-rated peak processing of up to 1.5 pounds per minute under suitable conditions.

Cryo-Sieve® Separation

The Sift Edition automates mechanical trichome separation using a 200-micron drum screen and food-grade agitation balls. When combined with an appropriate liquid CO₂ system, Cryo-Sieve® supports subzero processing of properly prepared biomass.

Automated Ice-Water Washing

The Wash Edition replaces repetitive hand agitation with a consistent tumbling action. This helps streamline the washing stage of bubble hash production while reducing manual labor between batches.

Commercial Throughput

The OG platform supports maximum manufacturer-rated daily processing of up to 432 pounds of wet material or 144 pounds of dry material, with an approximate capacity of 4 pounds per cycle.

Warranty Coverage

Structural components, structural hardware, and electronics are covered by a two-year manufacturer’s equipment warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Wear components—including rubber gaskets, draw latches, connection hardware, and clear plastic lids—are covered for one year. Warranty eligibility, exclusions, and service procedures are subject to the manufacturer’s complete warranty terms.
