The Resinator OG brings several essential processes together in one compact platform. By changing the drum screen and operating configuration, users can perform bladeless flower trimming, dry-sift separation, ice-water washing, Cryo-Trim®, and Cryo-Sieve® processing without maintaining a separate machine for every application.

The system accommodates up to 1.5 pounds of dry material per trimming or washing cycle and up to 3 pounds of trim during dry-sift separation. Its controlled tumbling action removes unwanted plant material while helping protect flower structure and preserve valuable trichomes.

Depending on the material and processing method, the Resinator OG can reduce processing time and manual labor requirements by as much as 85%. This makes it an efficient solution for operators who need greater productivity without sacrificing the appearance or quality of their finished material.

Key Features

Gentle Bladeless Trimming

The OG uses controlled tumbling instead of cutting blades to separate unwanted leaves from the flower. This helps preserve flower structure and trichomes while eliminating the possibility of contamination from blade lubricants.

Cryo-Trim® Ready

Connect the system to an appropriate liquid CO₂ configuration to flash-freeze sugar leaves before tumbling. Once frozen, the unwanted leaf material separates quickly and cleanly from the flower.

Cryo-Sieve® Processing

Cryogenic temperatures allow the Resinator OG to separate trichomes from live, wet, frozen, or uncured biomass. This mechanical method is designed to help preserve desirable aromatic compounds while supporting efficient resin collection.

Ice-Water Hash Production

Configure the tumbling chamber for ice-water washing to mechanically separate trichomes from properly prepared biomass. The interchangeable micron screens and collection bags help operators capture and classify the resulting material.

Automated Dry-Sift Separation

Process up to 3 pounds of trim per run for efficient kief and resin collection. Multiple screen sizes allow the collected material to be separated into different grades.

Washable, Interchangeable Screens

The removable drum screens can be washed between processing runs, making it easier to transition between trimming, dry-sift, and ice-water applications while maintaining a clean workflow.
