Depending on the application, The Original Resinator can reduce processing time and labor requirements by up to 85%. Its controlled tumbling action gently separates unwanted plant material while helping preserve flower structure, trichome integrity, and aromatic compounds.

The OG can trim or wash up to 1.5 pounds of dry material per run and sift up to 3 pounds of trim per cycle. With CO₂-assisted Cryo-Trim® and Cryo-Sieve® processing, operators can also flash-freeze biomass for faster leaf and trichome separation without using cutting blades or chemical extraction solvents.

Gentle Bladeless Trimming

Controlled tumbling removes unwanted leaf material without blades. This approach helps protect delicate flower structure, reduces unnecessary trichome loss, and eliminates the risk of lubricant or oil contamination from cutting mechanisms.

Automated Dry-Sift Processing

Process up to 3 pounds of trim per run while using interchangeable micron screens to separate and classify collected material. The automated tumbling action creates a more efficient and repeatable alternative to manual sifting.

Ice-Water Hash Production

Convert the OG into a capable bubble hash processing system using the included BubbleBags™, pressing screen, hoses, and collection tools. Automated tumbling helps streamline the washing and separation process.

Cryo-Trim® Technology

Liquid CO₂ rapidly freezes unwanted leaf material so it can separate cleanly from wet flower during tumbling. In suitable operating conditions, Cryo-Trim® processing can support throughput of up to 40 pounds per hour.

Cryo-Sieve® Separation

Flash-freeze live, wet, frozen, or uncured biomass to support efficient mechanical trichome separation. This process is designed to help retain desirable aromatic compounds while producing high-quality collected material.

Structural components, structural hardware, and electronics are covered for two years against manufacturer defects. Wear components—including rubber gaskets, draw latches, connection hardware, and clear plastic lids—are covered for one year.

Warranty eligibility, exclusions, and service requirements are subject to the manufacturer’s complete warranty terms. All sales are final.
