Each edition includes the Resinator XL machine and the screen, tools, and operating accessories required for its designated application. Additional drum screens and accessory kits can be added later, allowing the system to expand as production demands change.

The XL Base Model uses the same commercial-grade platform found in the complete Resinator XL bundles. Its modular design gives high-volume operators a cost-conscious entry point into automated trimming, resin separation, or ice-water processing while preserving a clear path toward a more versatile system.

Key Features

Cryo-Trim® Processing

The Cryo-Trim® Edition combines bladeless tumbling with liquid CO₂ to flash-freeze unwanted leaf material before separation. Under suitable operating conditions, the system supports manufacturer-rated peak processing of up to 7 pounds per minute.

High-Volume Production

The Resinator XL Base Model is engineered for commercial throughput. Manufacturer-rated maximum daily production reaches up to 2,016 pounds of wet material or 672 pounds of dry material for trimming and sifting applications.

Cryo-Sieve® Separation

The Cryo-Sieve® Edition mechanically separates trichomes from properly prepared biomass at subzero temperatures. Process up to 15 pounds of trim per run for efficient kief and resin collection.

Ice-Water Hash Processing

The Ice-Water Wash Edition automates the agitation stage of bubble hash production, reducing the manual labor associated with conventional washing while supporting repeatable batch processing.

Liquid CO₂ Compatibility

The Cryo-Trim® and Cryo-Sieve® configurations are designed to integrate with a compatible liquid CO₂ supply for flash-freezing and subzero separation.

Modular Expansion

Begin with one processing method and add compatible screens, drums, and accessory kits when additional capabilities are required. There is no need to replace the core machine as the operation grows.

A quiet, UL-rated industrial motor provides the power and reliability required for routine commercial use.

Simplified Cleaning

Warranty Coverage

Structural components, structural hardware, and electronics are covered by a two-year manufacturer’s equipment warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Consumable and wear components—including rubber gaskets, draw latches, connection hardware, and clear plastic lids—are covered for one year. Warranty eligibility, exclusions, and service procedures are subject to the manufacturer’s complete warranty terms.
