Instead of purchasing separate machines for flower trimming, dry-sift separation, and ice-water hash production, the Resinator XL combines all three capabilities in one adaptable platform. Its high-capacity drum can process up to 7 pounds of flower per trimming cycle or as much as 15 pounds of biomass during separation applications.

A controlled, bladeless tumbling action removes unwanted plant material while helping preserve flower structure and valuable trichomes. Depending on the material and processing method, the system can reduce labor requirements by up to 85% while producing the clean, carefully manicured appearance expected from premium flower.

The Resinator XL can be configured for wet, dry, frozen, ice-water, and CO₂-assisted processing. This flexibility allows operators to move efficiently between flower finishing, kief collection, Cryo-Trim®, and hash-production workflows using a single commercial-grade system.

Key Features

High-Capacity Bladeless Trimming

Process up to 7 pounds of flower per cycle without cutting blades. The gentle tumbling action separates unwanted leaf material while helping protect trichomes, flower structure, and finished-product appearance.

Cryo-Trim® Ready

When connected to a compatible liquid CO₂ supply, the Resinator XL can flash-freeze sugar leaves for rapid mechanical separation. Cryo-Trim® helps produce a clean finish while reducing the manual labor traditionally required for wet-flower processing.

Ice-Water Hash Processing

Configure the XL for high-capacity ice-water washing and mechanical trichome separation. Its large drum and interchangeable micron screens support efficient processing of appropriately prepared wet, dry, or frozen material.

Dry-Sift Separation

Process up to 15 pounds of trim or biomass per run for efficient kief and resin collection. The included 75-, 100-, and 200-micron screens allow operators to separate collected material into different grades.

One System for Multiple Workflows

Switch between flower trimming, dry sifting, Cryo-Trim®, and ice-water processing by changing the screen and operating configuration. This modular approach can reduce equipment requirements while making better use of valuable production space.

Warranty Coverage

The Original Resinator XL is supported by a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty.

Structural components, structural hardware, and electronics are covered for two years against manufacturer defects. Wear components—including rubber gaskets, draw latches, connection hardware, and clear plastic lids—are covered for one year.

During the applicable warranty period, the manufacturer will provide replacement parts at no charge for covered component failures resulting from a manufacturer defect. Warranty eligibility, exclusions, shipping expenses, and service procedures remain subject to the manufacturer’s complete warranty terms.
