These screens are designed specifically for compatible Resinator XL machines and drum assemblies, including the XL Classic Bundle and XL Base Model. Available in coarse mesh and precision micron options, they allow operators to configure their equipment for trimming, Cryo-Trim®, Cryo-Sieve®, dry-sift separation, ice-water washing, and other supported applications.

Each screen features triple-stitched construction, nylon-bonded thread, and a secure YKK zipper to withstand repeated loading and rotation. Its removable design also simplifies cleaning, inspection, and transitions between processing methods.

Warranty and Return Information

All sales are final.

The manufacturer provides a one-year warranty on Original Resinator tumbler machines beginning on the date of delivery. During that period, replacement parts are supplied at no charge for covered machine failures resulting from a manufacturer defect.

Drum screens may be classified as consumable or wear components and may not receive the same coverage as the tumbler machine. Contact TCI Scientific Innovations for current screen-specific warranty information before purchase or claim submission.

If a tumbler machine is damaged beyond repair during shipping, an insurance claim must be filed with the appropriate carrier before the manufacturer issues a replacement. All coverage remains subject to the manufacturer’s complete warranty and claim terms.
